We got there first day and found out that we were “Family of the Day and got our room upgraded to the Concierge Floor which was 14th floor and it was beautiful. I felt like we had won the lotto. Annette, got the tickets we needed. She answered all our questions over the months leading up to our trip. We had lots. She helped coordinate our “my Disney Experience” including reservation for restaurants in high demand. We had one small glitch with service at a park and called Annette. She was on it and took care of it and more. We could not have asked for better support throughout the entire process. Annette was so helpful and knowledgeable in planning our vacation. She explained everything in detail about the Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party, and any time I emailed her she responded very quickly. If I called she always returned my call with in a short time period. After all my questions she was always happy to answer them for me and I never felt like a pain to her. She helped with all our dining reservations, fast passes and even set up a great payment plan for us and called us to remind us a payment was to be made. I totally recommend Annette with any of your travel needs as she not only specializes in Disney but can help with all travel destinations. This was a once in a lifetime trip for our kids and grand kids, and we wanted it to be special, from the moment we arrived until we left. Having grown up in Southern California and spent many a year though my childhood at Disney, I thought I was prepared to plan the trip, until I learned that there are now two parks, hotels by the dozens, travel issues, and many options. Thankfully Annette was beyond patient with my questions, and chose for us exactly what our little group needed in the way of lodging and park needs. She also provided many “insider” tips, how-to, when-to, what-to insight on making our trip not only memorable but EASY. We loved our hotel (Staybridge Suites), the ability to travel to and fro without a care on the ART bus line, the ability to traverse both parks to our pleasure (logging 7-10 miles a day, according to my fit-bit!) and I can only say, Annette was the principle reason our vacation came off without a hitch. Annette is amazing!! She helped me plan our trip step by step from beginning to end. I was looking for fun character dining options for my kids and wasn’t able to find any that weren’t already booked. Annette was able to find one within minutes of me asking her for help! She booked our hotel room, made sure we had our tickets, and our dining plan. I had tons of questions for her and she never once got annoyed with me but answered every single one promptly! She made herself available to us our entire trip! We made many lasting memories on this trip and we could not have done it without Annette!!! I will recommend her to all of our friends and family for their travel needs. We will use her for all of our needs going forward! Not only is she wonderful at what she does but I feel like I’ve made a new friend in her 🙂

Annette was very helpful in planning our vacation. She went above and beyond in helping choose the right options for our family, from choosing the right hotel, to helping with park passes, to choosing the right food plan. She was knowledgeable, organized, efficient, and was great with following up with us. (she even called us right before we left and gave us her cell number if we needed anything while on vacation).
